Heather Andersen is a seasoned technology industry leader, with over 20 years of experience advising clients on business and technology strategy, global implementation and operations. As a Partner at Accenture, Heather oversees Sales & Delivery for a complex portfolio of client work in the High-tech industry, with a focus on technology platforms and software development. Heather started her career as a Programmer/Tester, and evolved her career into customer data, and eventually into Customer Relationship Management strategy. In a turn of events, one of her clients as her to personally lead his Sustainability Strategy – which took her consulting career in a new direction. Over the past 5 years, Heather has helped clients navigate Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) agendas – focusing on projects such as Environmental Sustainability, Impact Measurement, Circular Economy, Corporate/Community Engagement, Corporate Citizenship, PWD/Accessibility, Data Privacy, AI Ethics, Inclusion & Diversity, and Social Impact. She has published white papers on key CSR issues, and serves as the Social Impact sponsor for Accenture Seattle. She has chaired many office-wide initiatives including Inclusion & Diversity, Collaboration, International Women’s Day, and Various Employee Resource Groups. Personally, she has held many volunteer/board positions including Youth In Focus, SeattleWorks, University of Washington Mentors, and currently serves as an Ambassador for the Auction of Washington Wines. She resides in Issaquah, Washington, with her husband and four children. She enjoys running, scratch cooking, reading historical fiction, and wine.
